Photojournalist focusing on human rights, youth and health issues, exploring trauma and resilience, specifically in Latin America.
Magalí Druscovich was born in 1992 in Buenos Aires. She studied Social Communication Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and Photojournalism at ARGRA. In 2017, she received an ICP Director's Scholarship to study in the Documentary Photography Program at the International Center of Photography (ICP), where she received the Rita K. Hillman Award for Excellence. She is a member of Women Photograph and the Diversify Photo Community.
Her work has been published in numerous publications, including Reuters, The New York Times, The Guardian, Revista Anfibia, El País, Rest of World, UNICEF Argentina, Página/12, Clarín, LatFem, Der Spiegel, Le Monde Diplomatique, Télam, Fotodemic and Haaretz, among others.
Her long-term documentary project on young women imprisoned for drug-related offenses in Argentina has been recognized with several awards, including the Photojournalism Grant from the Centro Cultural Kirchner (2022) and First Prize at the Giga Photo Awards 2026.
She is currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Magalí Druscovich nació en 1992 en Buenos Aires. Estudió Ciencias de la Comunicación Social en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) y Fotoperiodismo en ARGRA en Argentina. También, estudió en The International Center of Photography - ICP One-Year Certificate Program en Fotografía Documental donde fue premiada con ICP Director Scholarship y Rita K. Hillman for su excelencia académica. Es miembro de Women Photograph y Diversify Photo Community.
